| A. | Basically, your order is made out of various products. Each product has its own weight. As you add products to the Order List the total order weight increases. The Royal Thai Post Office charges by weight not number of packages. So as your order total weight increases, we can charge you less for delivery. |
| Q. | About the payment, does it have to be Paypal, do you accept master card or visa?. |
| A. | We only accept Paypal payments for 2 main reasons: buyer/seller security and buyer/seller protection. If you happen to have a mastercard or visa card, you can still proceed to checkout and simply supply the credit/debit card details as part of the Paypal subscription.

| A. | We try to ship your goods within 24hrs from the order. Most times we manage within 3 to 4 hours. Once the package is in the hands of the postal system, whether Airmail or EMS, we have little if no control over the speed at which the package will reach you. In the majority of cases the pouch reaches destination within the time-frame we expected, but delays might occur, especially in high volume periods like Christmas, S. Valentine and so forth. |

| A. | Delivery charges are based on the delivery method you choose (EMS or Airmail), the destination country and the total weight of the shipment.
Each of the above details can be supplied on our Shopping Cart page to retrieve the exact amount of shipping charges.
Bare in mind,the more items you buy, the more you'll save in delivery charges. |
| Q. | I am interested in one of the tobacco pouches. Will these pouches be able to fit a regular tobacco roller machine? |
| A. | If you buy 50g tobacco packets, the roller machine won't fit. If you smoke 30g tobacco, the roller should fit as the leather will stretch with time adapting to the new shape.
I didn't design the pouches to contain a roller machine. What I can suggest is to get in touch and I'll custom make one for you.
Obviously the custom made pouch will a slightly higher price than the one I normally sell.

| A. | I do not smoke the pipe and I am not sure what a pipe cleaner looks like.

Simply do not specify anything as part of the Personalization box right above the Buy Now button and I will not personalize the pouch. Bare in mind, I currently offer the personalization service for FREE. A little extra detail, might avoid for the pouch to be "pick up" by mistake.

I am sorry to hear about the lost tobacco pouch, it has happened to me too, I know how it feels.
The personalization is limited to 10 characters to guarantee the organic flow of the material and ensure strenght. 12 characters for the personalization can still be fine, I'll use a smaller font if that's OK.

| A. | Hi there, I understand your requirement and I have to let you know that you might not really need custom work. All you'll have to do is to simply fold one of the side edges of the Amber packet and it will fit perfectly. For the top part will be the same, once the tobacco packet is open, simply fold 1cm of the top part and slide it into the pouch top slot where the rivet button is located.

I am looking to purchase one of these pouches and just have one question. What is the quality of the snap? Meaning, how well does it hold shut? I want to make sure it won't unsnap in my pocket and spill tobacco everywhere. Some snaps have a very shallow connector hole and will open with minimum pressure, I am looking for a pouch that will last me for years and not give me any sort of issue, especially if used during travel and under pressure. I want to make sure it will hold shut under the most active of conditions.

| A. | Surely that can be done, it's a common request. I can make a small paper dispenser, although I would really recommend the loop, reason for the loop is more flexible to change of paper brands and the gesture of sliding the paper packet out really add to the whole experience. | A. | The European tough market, competition, bad economy and the ridiculous Italian political situation has driven me out of Italy.
In order to keep on doing what I love, I have decided to move to Thailand, a country that has always fascinated me with it's beauty and relaxed way of living.
My business is partly in Italy, Bressana, where I come from and my family lives and partly in Thailand, Chiang Mai, my home away from home.
I spend the majority of the year in Chiang Mai, where my workshop is, that's why the pouches come from Thailand ... although I do not really claim them coming from Italy. |

| A. | Hi there, I understand your situation. I have to declare the content on the package for customs inspection. What I can do it to write "Leather Case" rather than the usual "tobacco pouch". I hope this will be sufficient. Customs really only need to know the typology of the content, they are not interested in the use of it. Of course, I understand your parents, so I would never recommend you to smoke, but well ... I am a tobacco smoker myself and if you want to smoke you might has well do it in style!

| Q. | Can I put the tobacco straight in the leather without the factory wrapping?

| A. | Leather "breaths" so it tends to take some of the humidity from the surrounding environment. I do not recommend you to have the tobacco in direct contact with leather. Instead you could get one of the tobacco packets (Drum, Virginia and so on) and simply insert it in the tobacco pouch and keep on refill it with your tobacco. You could actually use any plastic like packets of that shape and dimensions. When you close and clip the tobacco pouch the inner packet nicely seals, maintaining the tobacco moist and fresh.

| A. | I currently do not make any pipes related products. I do not smoke the pipe myself and I don't actually know anyone who does, it would be very tedious for me to come up with an excellent product. If you supply me with a little specification I might be able to custom make something for you.

| Q. | Does the pouch have any type of inner layer...ie latex to keep the tobacco moist?

| A. | Our pouches do not have an inner latex layer. The packet in which you buy your rolling tobacco does the job of keeping the content moist and fresh. Our pouches use the tobacco packets themselves, which in most cases can be just slide into the leather pouch and in some cases require a 10 seconds adaptation. Buy using this technique, the tobacco always remains moist and the leather pouch lasts a lot longer. |
| Q. | My country is not listed in your delivery countries, can I still buy your products? |
| A. | First we apologize about it! Next, please contact us and we will research add your country to the listing then all the normal delivery methods will apply. |
| Q. | Why is my countries currency not available? |
| A. | PAYPAL is our payment partner and we must remain compatible with their payment system. Paypal only has a limited number of payment currencies available.
It is possible to pay with a currency that is not listed, but you will incur a small currency exchange fee on top of the total payment. |
