| Q. | My country is not listed in your delivery countries, can I still buy your products? |
| A. | First we apologize about it! Next, please contact us and we will add your country to the listing then all the normal delivery methods will apply. |
| Q. | Why is my countries currency not available? |
| A. | PAYPAL is our payment partner and we must remain compatible with their payment system. They only have a limited number of payment currency’s available. It is possible to pay with a currency that is not listed, but you will incur a small currency exchange fee on top of the total payment. |
| Q. | I am not sure I fully understand your delivery system. Can you explain? |
| A. | Basically, your order is made out of various products. Each product has its own weight. As you add products to the Order List the total order weight increases. The Royal Thai Post Office charges by weight not number of packages. So as your order total weight increases, we can charge you less for delivery. |
| Q. | Wouldn't it be easier to charge on a product by product basis? |
| A. | Yes, that's how most shopping sites work. But, we do not think is fair on your part. Because of the way in which the Royal Thai Post Office system works, we decided to design a system that will save you, the shopper money and deliver a better service. |
| Q. | How do I unsuscribe from the email newsletter? |
| A. | Just contact us, supply your email address, specify you want to be removed from the mailing list and we will take you off within 24 hrs. |
| Q. | I don't seem to be able to access your Feedback Form, can you help? |
| A. | You have to login in order to use the feedback form. The facility is only available to existing and registered customers. |
| Q. | Why is there two different weights shown for each product and in the Order List? |
| A. | We display the weight of the products in both pounds and ounces and grams and kilograms. We only display the pounds and ounces for people who are more familiar with imperial measurements. When we actually send items in the post we will always use Kilograms and grams as this is the internationally recognised system for the weight of post. |
